複合技術を活かした最先端のラインがさまざまな形状の鋼管・形鋼を生み出します。
ロール金型を含めた成形の全工程に、長年の伝統に培われたアラヤ独自のステンレス、鉄のロールフォーミング技術が活かされ、お客様のニーズに合わせた製品づくりが可能であり、さまざまな素材に対応できる柔軟性を備えています。
特にステンレス角パイプについては国内においてパイオニアであり、表面肌の美しさには定評があります。

鋼帯はいくつもの段階を経て、少しづつ丸みを帯びていきます。
ロールフォーミングで鋼帯が成形されていく様子を断面図にすると、
花びらに似ているところから、ロールフラワーとも呼ばれます。
この花の咲かせ方にアラヤのロールフォーミング技術が込められています。

(a) Punching machine
Steel strips are punched or notched before they are fed into the roller dies,since such work is usually difficult after the forming.

(b) Steel shape forming mill
A steel strip is progressively bent by series of roller dies until it achieves a specified cross-sectional profile.

(c) Final inspection
Finished products are optically and/or mechanically checked for cross sectional profile ;punched hole and/or notch positions; length, straightness, and other dimensional accuracies; and scratches, stains, and other surface defects.
